Overview
Willow Groundwater-Schuldt is a PhD student in Cornell's department of German Studies. Having graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with her Bachelor's of Arts with a double major in German Language and Literature, and Linguistics with a concentration in Japanese; she began her work at Cornell in 2022. Her primary research interests include medieval German literature, historical linguistics, and 19th-20th century philosophy. Outside of academia she enjoys chess, learning new languages, skiing, and spending time with her cat.
